A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the conference attendees. The conference rates listed are also only available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference, based on hotel availability.
Cancellations should be made directly with the hotel; please be sure to read the hotel’s cancellation policy before booking your stay.

The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee reservations.
